Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to return the item.
Condition of Returned Items:
All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Any items that are damaged due to improper use, wear and tear, or mishandling will not be accepted.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Shipping Costs:
