1. How will I know that my order is confirmed?
You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been confirmed. Please contact us if you don’t receive any confirmation of you order by mail onsupport@goldinhomewaare.in or you can also call us at+91-9873151975.
2. Do I need to create an account to place my order?
It is advised to create an account to make your shopping experience simple and hassle-free. However you can place an order as a ‘guest’ without having an account.
3. What is the Cancellation Policy?
Before your order if shipped, you can send a request to support@goldinhomewaare.in or call us+91-9873151975. After the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We strive to display accurate colors in our product images. However, please note that colors may vary slightly due to different monitor settings and lighting conditions.
Shipping & Returns
1. Do you offer shipping within India?
Yes, we offer shipping services throughout India.
2. What are the shipping charges?
We are currently offering free shipping on orders above ₹ 599/-. Below that, we charge a minimal amount. However, the exact shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen. Typically, orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances or regional restrictions may cause delays.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
5. Do you ship outside of India?
No, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
6. What if I want to return/exchange the product?
To initiate a return/exchange, please contact our customer support team through email or phone. They will guide you through the process and provide you with further instructions.

Payment Information
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via Netbanking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI and Wallet transactions. All transactions are protected and encrypted.
2. Is Cash on Delivery acceptable?
Cash on delivery is available for select locations. You can check the availability of COD during the checkout process by entering your pin code. It levies a minimal charge for handling.
